Partnership Fees

License Fee

Licensee shall pay to Licensor nine thousand five hundred dollars ($9500.00) as the non-refundable license fee for the use of the Licensed Materials under this Agreement. Payment is due at execution of the Business Agreement.

Certification Boot Camp Fee

Partner School shall pay to PFI two thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($2450.00) per student as the non-refundable Certification Boot Camp participant fee. Licensee shall pay to Licensor the sum of two thousand four hundred fifty dollars ($2,450.00) per Student as a non-refundable Boot Camp Program participant fee.  Full payment of the Boot Camp Program participant fee for a Student is due seventy-five (75) days in advance of the Boot Camp Program such Student is scheduled to attend.  In the event the Student fails to attend the scheduled Boot Camp Program, Licensor will reschedule the certification; however, an additional fee one thousand two hundred twenty-five dollars ($1,225.00) will apply to any Student whose certification is so rescheduled.  For each participant cancellation made at least seventy-five (75) days prior to the scheduled Boot Camp Program, Licensor will refund to Licensee fifty percent (50%) of the Boot Camp Program participant fee relating to such participant cancellation (i.e. one thousand two hundred twenty-five dollars ($1,225.00)).  If any such participant so cancelled later reschedules certification, then the one thousand two hundred twenty-five dollars ($1,225.00) refunded to Licensee by Licensor at the time of such participant’s cancellation will be repaid by Licensee to Licensor at the time the Boot Camp Program is rescheduled.
